The Marion Veterans Affairs Medical Center (VAMC) requires annual maintenance and testing of its boiler plant, including three Superior boilers and associated equipment. The contractor will be responsible for performing semi-annual safety device testing, boiler inspections, and combustion tuning, as well as providing emergency on-site service. The contractor must have experience in boiler maintenance and testing, and must comply with all relevant regulations and guidelines, including VHA Directive 1810 and the ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code. Some key requirements include: * Semi-annual safety device testing and calibration * Annual boiler inspections * Combustion tuning on natural gas and #2 fuel oil * Emergency on-site service * Compliance with VHA Directive 1810 and ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code
