PRE-QUAL-PARK AND WATERPARK EQUIPMENT/PARTS, TERM CONTRACT

The Palm Beach County Purchasing Department is seeking pre-qualification of vendors for the provision of playground, park, and waterpark equipment/parts, including purchase and delivery or purchase and installation, under a term contract. The contract will be for a term to be determined, and the successful vendor will be required to provide goods and services as needed by the County. The vendor must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and safety standards, including those related to discrimination, lobbying, and drug-free workplaces.
