The Navy’s Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Newport is issuing a small‑business‑set‑aside RFQ for an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract to provide DNA analysis services. The contract will be a five‑year Firm Fixed Price (FFP) arrangement with a ceiling of up to 1,710 DNA analysis jobs. Offerors must guarantee a minimum sequencing depth of 100,000 reads per sample and submit a technical approach, proof of an internal Quality Management System, and pricing tables for five ordering years. The Government will award to the lowest‑priced technically acceptable offer.
