AC Power Supply - Sole Source Notice

The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Newport (NUWCDIVNPT) is seeking to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) purchase order to Ametek Programmable Power, Inc. for a 45kVA Power Supply on a Sole Source basis. The required delivery period is 8 weeks, and the procurement is unrestricted. The power supply must be compatible with the existing infrastructure, which is built to be exclusively compatible with AMETEK/CI products. • The solicitation is for a commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6. • The notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. • The determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. • All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. • The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 335999. • The Small Business Size Standard is 600 Employees.
