USNH Enrollment Management CRM Platform

The University System of New Hampshire is seeking a single CRM solution for Enrollment Management groups across all USNH institutions. The chosen solution must provide a range of functionalities, including prospect management, application management, admissions management, financial aid management, and student lifecycle management. The solution must also be scalable, secure, and integrate with current USNH systems. The contract term will be discussed and aligned upon with the chosen solution provider, with the expectation of a long-standing partnership. Key features of the solution include: • Prospect Management: Ability to track and manage prospective students from initial inquiry through application. • Application Management: Streamlined processes for handling applications, including online forms, document uploads, and status tracking. • Admissions Management: Tools for managing admissions decisions, including automated communication, decision letters, and waitlist management. • Financial Aid Management: Integration with financial aid systems for award processing, disbursement, and tracking. • Student Lifecycle Management: Capability to support student records throughout their relationship with USNH, including Applicant Portal, Communications, Event Management, Portal, Workflow, Student Services, and Advancement. The University System of New Hampshire is the largest provider of postsecondary education in the state, with approximately 32,000 enrolled students annually and more than 90,000 alumni living in state. The institutions of the University System have a direct impact on hundreds of thousands of New Hampshire citizens every year.
