Description
The City of Norfolk is soliciting sealed, electronic bids for an Indefinite Quantity Multiple‑Award (IDQ‑MAC) contract to install thermoplastic pavement markings at various city locations. The contractor must provide all labor, materials, equipment, and traffic‑control services required for both permanent and temporary markings, inlaid pavement markers, and associated maintenance. Bids are unit‑price based; the contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder(s) and may be awarded multiple times up to a total not‑to‑exceed $150,000. The work must be completed within 365 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed for each work order. A 5 % bid bond and a $250,000 performance and payment bond are required.
