USCG Janitorial Service North Bend/Newport, OR

The U.S. Coast Guard is seeking a contractor to provide janitorial services for Base North Bend and Air Facility Newport. The contractor will be responsible for providing all personnel, equipment, and supplies necessary to perform the work. The contract will be a firm-fixed-price contract, and the period of performance will be from 09/01/2026 to 08/31/2027, with two option years. The contractor will be required to provide a detailed staffing plan, a plan for managing subcontractors, and a plan for overseeing work at both locations. • The contractor will be responsible for cleaning all buildings at both locations, including medical buildings, admin/hangar buildings, and other areas. • The contractor will be required to provide a detailed weekly work schedule and a staffing matrix. • The contractor will be evaluated on their technical capability, past performance, and pricing. • The contract will be awarded to the responsible offeror whose offer is most advantageous to the Government, with price and other factors considered.
