Wastewater Mainline and Service Line

The City of Columbia is seeking qualified contractors to provide on‑call rehabilitation, repair, replacement, and emergency response services for aging wastewater collection system mains, service lines, manholes and related appurtenances throughout the city’s service area. Respondents must submit a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) demonstrating licensing, bonding, technical competence, past performance, and financial stability. The contract will be awarded for an initial one‑year term with up to four optional one‑year extensions, and will require a 100 % payment and performance bond, appropriate state licensing, and compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
