Lot 1 Solar and Lot 3 Solar/Energy Storage Projects

The University is seeking qualified firms to submit proposals for two lots: Lot 1 – Solar Photovoltaic installations and Lot 3 – Solar combined with Energy‑Storage systems at California State University, Dominguez Hills. The contract will be awarded through Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) for solar generation and Energy Storage Site License and Service Agreements (ESSLAs) for battery or other storage solutions. Multiple awards are possible; the university may award to one or several proposers, by project, site, or scope, and retains the right to award all, part, or none of the work. • Scope includes design, installation, commissioning, operation and maintenance of campus‑scale solar PV systems. • Scope also includes design, installation, licensing, and ongoing service of energy‑storage assets (likely battery systems). • The solicitation is open to any qualified vendor; proposals must be sealed and submitted by 27 May 2026.
