Administration of the Limited Repair Program

The City of Raleigh is seeking a qualified nonprofit or private agency to fully administer its Limited Repair Program, which provides zero‑interest, forgivable loans up to $20,000 to low‑income homeowners for health‑ and safety‑related home repairs.
