The Army National Guard Professional Education Center (PEC) requires lodging and transportation management services, including front desk services, housekeeping, and transportation of students and guests. The contract will be for a base period of 12 months, with options for up to 4 additional years. The contractor will be responsible for managing Government Furnished Property (GFP) and providing Contractor Furnished Property (CFP) as necessary. The contractor will also be required to provide transportation services, including shuttle services, and manage furniture and furnishings.
