ANNUAL TRAINING LODGING

The US Air Force is seeking a facility to provide lodging accommodations for approximately 60 WIANG personnel during a training operation from 1 June 2026 to 11 June 2026. The facility should be located within 30 miles of Ironwood, MI, and provide around 31-35 sleeping rooms with specific amenities such as TV, microwave, and air conditioning. The contractor must also provide complimentary breakfast, internet access, and meet various safety, security, and health requirements. • The lodging facility should have a guest room key access system and continuously locked exterior doors. • Each guest room should have a functional primary lock, secondary locking device, and a telephone capable of making outbound calls. • The facility should have a comprehensive Emergency Action Plan and meet health and sanitation standards. • The contractor must provide a tax-exempt certificate and ensure that the facility meets all federal, state, and local regulations.
