Bulk Propane

The State of Arkansas, Department of Parks, Heritage and Tourism, is seeking a qualified vendor to supply and deliver bulk propane to Mount Magazine State Park on an as‑needed basis. The contractor must provide all labor, equipment, and transportation, delivering propane FOB destination with required ¾‑inch vapor‑line and 1¼‑inch liquid‑line attachments. Pricing is to be submitted as a per‑gallon “Posted Price,” with no state sales tax included, and the contract runs for an initial three‑year term with up‑to‑two optional two‑year renewals (maximum seven years). • Supply and deliver propane to a single state‑owned location (Mount Magazine State Park). • Provide all necessary labor, vehicles, and equipment; meet attachment specifications (¾‑in. vapor, 1¼‑in. liquid). • Submit a firm per‑gallon price; contract is awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder; payments are net‑30 after delivery/invoice.
