Description
The Navy seeks a qualified contractor to perform repair and overhaul services on six serialized flight‑control computers (NSN 6615‑014‑322‑467). The work must meet all applicable NAVSUP‑WSS quality, configuration‑management, hazardous‑material, and mercury‑free requirements, and be reported through the Commercial Asset Visibility (CAV) portal. The contract is firm‑fixed‑price with a ceiling of $350,000 and must be completed by 1 April 2028.
• Repair of six specific flight‑control computer units (NSN 6615‑014‑322‑467) to “ready for issue” condition.
• Contractor must define Repair Turn‑Around Time (RTAT) and monthly throughput constraint in the quote.
• Compliance required with MIL‑STD‑973 (CM), MIL‑STD‑2073‑1 & MIL‑STD‑129 (packaging/marking), ISO 9001 quality system, CMMC certification, and hazardous‑material/MSDS disclosures.
• All reporting via the CAV Repairables portal; mercury‑free certification mandatory unless written waiver obtained.
• Delivery of repaired units to MAPAC DJA008 by 01 Apr 2028; induction period of 365 days after award.
