ECONOMIC IMPACT STUDY

The Pease Development Authority seeks a qualified consulting firm to produce a comprehensive Economic Impact Study of its three core assets – the international airport, the business park, and the golf course – quantifying direct, indirect, and induced economic effects and delivering strategic recommendations for future development. The effort includes data collection, stakeholder interviews, survey design, IMPLAN (or comparable) modeling, and the preparation of a full report, executive summary, community brochure, and a final presentation. Proposals are evaluated on approach, team credentials, relevant experience, references, and price, with a six‑month contract term and potential extensions. • Quantify employment, income, output, GDP, and tax impacts at local, state, and regional levels. • Produce 0‑5‑year, 5‑10‑year, and 10‑20‑year forecasts and strategic recommendations (infrastructure, workforce, real‑estate, sector diversification). • Deliver a final technical report, executive summary, community‑focused brochure, and presentation to PDA stakeholders.
