JB MDL OHAS Jumbotron and Live Streaming Service

The Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst (JBMDL) is seeking a contractor to provide multimedia equipment and services for the 2025 Open House and Air Show (OHAS). The contractor will be responsible for live streaming the event on Saturday and Sunday, as well as providing video playback and graphic overlay for video distribution to on-site large mobile screens. The contractor will also provide pre-produced multimedia content, graphics, and animations for professional transitions and presentation of content. The event will take place on May 16-18, 2025, and the contractor will be required to provide equipment and personnel for the entire duration of the event. * The contractor will provide live streaming coverage of the event on Saturday and Sunday * The contractor will provide video playback and graphic overlay for video distribution to on-site large mobile screens * The contractor will provide pre-produced multimedia content, graphics, and animations for professional transitions and presentation of content * The contractor will provide equipment and personnel for the entire duration of the event * The contractor will be required to interface with the Air Boss, Announcer, and Sound System contractor to utilize their audio content as appropriate
