The Port of Portland seeks qualified investment‑banking firms to join an Investment Banking/Underwriting Pool that will provide underwriting, financing, and advisory services for the Port’s capital‑financing program, primarily airport‑related debt. Selected firms will receive a Letter of Appointment for an initial five‑year term, with two optional one‑year extensions.
