OKARNG Industrial Hygiene Survey FMS/WHSE locations

The contractor shall conduct a comprehensive industrial hygiene survey and prepare a comprehensive report for the specified facilities as defined in this PWS. The surveys will serve to establish a baseline of workplace conditions or update a previous baseline so that a worker’s history of exposures is provided for both civilian and military employees. The contractor must have at least 3 years of industrial hygiene survey experience in ARNG maintenance facilities, or possess a baccalaureate, master’s, or doctoral degree from a regionally accredited college or university in chemistry; physics; a medical, biological, or physical science; or a related engineering. • The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary to perform industrial hygiene surveys. • The contractor shall develop a sample strategy plan that includes every process/service conducted within the facility. • The contractor shall conduct a thorough IH investigation to determine the potential for any IH and/or occupational health and safety hazards in the facility. • The contractor shall provide industrial hygiene survey personnel with their necessary personal protective equipment (PPE), survey equipment, and materials required to conduct industrial hygiene surveys in aviation and ground vehicle maintenance facilities.
