FURNISHING AND DELIVERY OF LABORATORY ELECTRODE SUPPLIES AS NEEDED BASIS

The City of Trenton, Department of Water and Sewer, Trenton Water Works is seeking bids for the furnishing and delivery of laboratory electrode supplies on an as-needed basis for a period of one year. The contract will require the supplier to provide all necessary laboratory electrode supplies, with substitutes only accepted if authorized by the Laboratory Manager. The contract term will be from the date of award for a period of one year, with the City of Trenton reserving the right to reduce or increase the number of quantities as needed. Key aspects of the contract include: • The supplier must adhere to the product description, product name, and quantities listed in the contract unless otherwise agreed upon by the City of Trenton and the supplier. • Deliveries will be made on an as-needed basis, with supplies delivered between 7:30 AM and 3:00 PM, Monday through Friday. • The supplier is responsible for making deliveries at their own expense, including sending materials from other vendors. • All supplies shipped under the contract must have a minimum shelf life of 9 months from the date of receipt. • Invoices will be processed by the City of Trenton upon full delivery of products, with the supplier submitting properly executed payment vouchers. • The City of Trenton will not pay late fees or additional shipping charges.
