GESPC II Project - Commissioning Services

The Georgia World Congress Center Authority is seeking commissioning services for the GESPC II project. The selected firm will provide lead commissioning agent, design review, construction phase services, functional performance testing, training verification, documentation, and final commissioning report. The authority expects routine business expenses, local travel, mileage, meals, and administrative costs to be included in the proposed fee. • The firm must provide a lump-sum fee for each phase of the project. • The firm must provide the number of site visits included in the proposed fee. • The firm must provide additional services rates for services outside the approved scope. • The firm must provide reimbursable expenses, if any. • The authority reserves the right to reject any or all submittals and to waive technicalities, irregularities, and informalities, or cancel this procurement at any time.
