FPSU fire alarm and sprinkler system PM service

The Billings Area Indian Health Service intends to award a commercial, sole source contract to Ostlund's Fire Protection for the provision of Fire Sprinkler and Alarm System Testing and Inspection at Fort Peck Service Unit, Poplar and Wolf Point, MT. The contractor shall provide all resources necessary to accomplish the tasks and deliverables described in the Statement of Work (SOW), including completing all testing, inspection, and maintenance listed in NFPA 25 with a required frequency of quarterly, annually, and 5 years. • The contractor shall complete all testing, inspection, and maintenance listed in NFPA 25. • Site visits shall be made quarterly and should be a minimum of 80 days apart and no longer than 100 days apart. • The contractor shall provide 4 site visits including travel and labor costs for each site visit. • The contractor shall provide a detailed written report showing each parameter evaluated and list the value measured or pass/fail status.
