Residential Street Plowing and De-Icing 2026/2027 Winter Season

The City of Omaha is soliciting bids for residential street plowing and de-icing services for the 2026/2027 winter season. The contractor will be responsible for complete curb-to-curb plowing of residential streets in assigned areas, as well as spreading de-icing material as needed. The contract period will be from November 1 to April 15, and contractors must be available to plow throughout this time period. • The contractor must demonstrate the ability to provide equipment and qualified personnel to plow and spread. • The contractor must comply with all City, State, and Federal regulations. • The contractor must provide certificates of insurance and a performance bond. • Payment will be made based on the total accumulation of snow for each snow event, and the contractor will be paid for completed work.
