• Provide single‑mode fiber SFP optics and demarcation hardware for speeds ranging from 1 Gbps to 40 Gbps. • Perform all non‑recurring construction (labor, materials, clean‑up) and assume responsibility for ongoing operation, support, and SLA compliance. • Deliver 24/7 live‑technician support, backup DNS, network redundancy, and a customer portal with uptime reporting. • Submit a single, all‑inclusive price (NRC + MRC) for each speed tier, tax‑exempt, and include insurance certificates as per Schedule B. • Meet the service‑start requirement of ≤10 business days after a subscriber request (earliest November 13 2026).
