FY26 2nd QTR Milk FMC Fort Worth

The Federal Bureau of Prisons is seeking a contractor to provide milk products to FMC Fort Worth. The contract will be for a period of 90 days, from January 1, 2026, to March 31, 2026. The contractor will be required to deliver 156,000 units of pasteurized, nonfat, no-flavor milk in 1/2 pint containers. The government reserves the right to adjust the quantities prior to delivery. The deliveries will be made every Wednesday between 6am-1pm CT. • The contractor must provide a firm fixed price for the milk products. • The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. • The contractor must provide a certificate of compliance with the Buy American Act. • The contractor must provide a certificate of compliance with the Equal Opportunity clause. • The contractor must provide a certificate of compliance with the Convict Labor clause. • The contractor must provide a certificate of compliance with the Child Labor-Cooperation with Authorities and Remedies clause.
