RFQ : Pocatello Landscaping

The Idaho Department of Labor is seeking a qualified landscaping firm to provide full‑year landscape maintenance and snow‑removal services for its Pocatello office. The contractor will be responsible for mowing, trimming, fertilizing, weed control, pruning, sprinkler system startup/blow‑out, pesticide applications (requiring a current Idaho State pesticide applicator license), debris removal, and seasonal snow/ice removal according to defined accumulation thresholds and response times. The contract is a one‑year base period with the possibility of renewal up to five years, and award will be made to the lowest fully‑burdened total cost bidder. • Required deliverables include Submittal Forms A & B, a reference sheet (minimum three references), and a copy of a current professional pesticide applicator license. • Service standards: mowing to 1½–2 in., snow removal by 8 a.m. on weekdays, 2‑hour response window, monthly inspections, weekly service logs, and uniform shirts for all on‑site personnel. • Invoicing is monthly (by the 15th) with final invoice due within 30 days of contract termination.
