Term Contract for Food Service Provider at Eaglecrest

The City and Borough of Juneau is seeking a food service provider for Eaglecrest Ski Area. The contract will be in effect from July 1, 2025, through June 30, 2026, with an automatic annual renewal period for three additional years. The selected vendor will be required to deliver food products to the Eaglecrest Ski Area on a weekly basis. The city is looking for a vendor who can provide a variety of food products, including bread, muffins, eggs, and juice. The vendor must also be able to accommodate pick-up on Sundays. • The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder meeting all requirements. • The vendor must comply with all applicable federal, state, and city laws. • The vendor must have all licenses and permits required by the state and/or city for performance of this contract. • The vendor must provide references from current customers. • The vendor must agree to the terms and conditions of the contract, including the insurance requirements.
