The U.S. Army Contracting Command – Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG) is seeking to obtain commercial, innovative solutions or potential capabilities that fulfill requirements, close capability gaps, or provide potential innovative technological advancements. The Army Open Solicitation (AOS) aims to support all Army Mission Areas and to revive the industrial base in order to maximize the lethality of the Army. The solicitation will enable the Army to rapidly acquire and deliver innovative solutions to the Warfighter using commercial technology advancements and research and development solutions. • The AOS covers various Army Example Areas, including Intelligence, Electronic, Warfare, and Sensors, Army Enterprise Business Solutions, Tactical Communications, and more. • The solicitation provides two methods for responding: Active Capability Gap submissions and Call for Solution submissions. • Companies shall follow the procedures outlined in the solicitation and submit solutions under this solicitation. • The Government may choose to make an award upon selectable review of the Request for Solution Proposal. • The solicitation will remain open in perpetuity until canceled by the U.S. Army, and Call for Solutions will specify individual response times and requirements.
