The State of Maine is seeking quotations for the purchase of a Fotokite Sigma with Carrying Case - Tethered Drone Product. The product must meet specific requirements, including being an actively tethered drone, able to stay in flight for at least 24 hours, and having both thermal and traditional cameras. The product will be used by the Special Services Unit, including the Executive Protection Unit, for long-term aerial monitoring of events and locations requiring additional levels of security. • The product must be an actively tethered drone tethered to a ground unit providing power. • The product must be able to stay in flight for at least twenty-four (24) hours without having to land for a battery change when actively plugged into a running vehicle or shore power. • The product must not require GPS for flight. • The product must not require active piloting. • The product must have a kite weight of 2.8 lbs. or less. • The product must be weather sealed for inclement weather use. • The product must have both thermal and traditional cameras. • The product must have a thermal stream resolution of 320 x 240 / 27 fps or greater. • The product must have a low-light RGB stream resolution of 1080p (1920 x 1080) or greater. • The product must have a rugged transport case with wheels. • The product must have a maximum altitude distance of 150 Feet above ground station. • The product must have a reinforced load rated ultrathin cable tether. • The product must have multiple live stream options to include Ethernet + WPA2 encrypted Wi-Fi access point for live video streaming, plus integrated LTE Modem to stream live video remotely for mutual aid and remote incident command. • The product must include a full set of propeller replacements. • The product must include a tablet or similar device to operate the system. • The product must include a Live stream subscription for one year.
