Ready-To-Eat Pizza with Pizza Delivery Services SY27

The Ocean Springs School District is seeking a vendor to provide ready-to-eat pizza with pizza delivery services for the 2026-2027 school year. The vendor will be required to deliver pizzas to three school locations: Ocean Springs High School, Ocean Springs Middle School, and Ocean Springs Upper Elementary. The delivery schedule will be once per week, with the preferred delivery day being Wednesday for the high school and middle school, and Friday for the upper elementary school. The vendor must provide pizzas that meet USDA nutritional requirements and must be able to deliver the pizzas in insulated containers to ensure the temperature of the delivered product is kept within Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) guidelines. • The vendor must provide a copy of their Meat and Grain statement and Nutritional Facts for pizza with their proposal submission. • The vendor must supply Certificates of Insurance, including General Liability, Auto, and Workers’ Compensation, naming the OSSD as additionally insured before beginning deliveries. • The vendor must complete and submit the Criminal Background Investigation Certification form if performing services while students are present and if deemed necessary. • The vendor must communicate with the Director of Child Nutrition regarding changes in delivery schedules.
