Solicitation No. 202685203September 24, 2026The Department of Transportation & Infrastructure (“DOTI”), City and County of Denver (“City”), has issued a Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) for Solid Waste Transfer Station Services. RFP documents will be available for download at www.bidnetdirect.com/cityandcountyofdenverdoti.General Statement of Work: Operation of a minimum of two permitted transfer stations within the Denver area to intake City-delivered municipal solid waste, organics, and single stream recycling. Transfer stations supply all equipment, personnel, and operations necessary to intake and transfer delivered material to City-contracted processing facilities. Contract term is five (5) years. Multiple contracts may be awarded pending the needs of the City.Questions Deadline: October 8, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. local time.Proposals will only be received via the online electronic bid service through BidNet.
