Fabricate qty sixteen (16) RS-P4-1609-204 HE-3 Gas Proportional Counter neutron detectors, using helium-3 gas provided by Linde

The National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) has a requirement for the fabrication of sixteen (16) RS-P4-1609-204 HE-3 Gas Proportional Counter neutron detectors, using helium-3 gas provided by Linde. The contract is intended to be issued to REUTER-STOKES, LLC under the authority of FAR 12.102(a), as they are the sole provider of these detectors. The work will be performed at NASA's Ames Research Center (ARC). Interested organizations may submit their capabilities and qualifications to perform the effort in writing to the identified point of contact not later than 1:00 p.m. Central Standard Time on 8/20/2026.
