Vending Services - Deadline Extended to Monday, Novemeber 24, 2025

Phillips Community College of the University of Arkansas is seeking a qualified vendor to provide vending and coffee services for all three campus locations. The successful vendor will be responsible for furnishing all equipment, materials, supplies, and labor to provide vending services. The contract will be awarded to the vendor who best satisfies all of the University's needs at optimum performance. Key responsibilities include maintaining inventory, providing quality control, and complying with all campus policies and procedures. • The vendor must provide excellent service to the university and have an outstanding reputation in their field. • The vendor must maintain a valid Arkansas business license throughout the term of the contract. • The vendor must provide sufficient remedies to issues as requested in a manner mutually agreed upon. • The vendor shall not subcontract any part of the contract. • The vendor must provide all vending services in strict compliance with all ordinances of the city/county and laws of the State of Arkansas.
