Bridge Repairs

The City of Charlotte is seeking qualified contractors to perform comprehensive bridge repair work throughout the city. The scope includes concrete pavement repairs, asphalt surface sealing/replacement, debris removal, soil and erosion remediation, substructure and superstructure repairs, expansion joint work, barrier and guardrail repairs, cleaning and painting, culvert repairs, and any additional items required by the engineer. The contract is anticipated to be a one‑year effort with an estimated total value between $5 M and $10 M, requiring standard construction bonding, insurance, and compliance with municipal specifications. • Repair and maintenance of bridge decks, sub‑structures, and related components • Provide all labor, equipment, materials, disposal, and incidental items as per detailed drawings • Must maintain required insurance (auto, general liability, workers’ comp) and provide bid, payment, and performance bonds
