Budget estimate

$25,000 – $40,000

To estimate the budget, we need to consider the number of meals and the cost per meal. The opportunity mentions approximately 80 breakfast and 80 dinner meals per day, plus one lunch meal for 16 Soldiers on 24 July 2026. The total number of meals is 2256 (1120 breakfast + 16 lunch + 1120 dinner). The cost per meal can vary depending on the type of meal, ingredients, and location. However, as a rough estimate, let's assume a cost per meal of $10-$15. This would put the total budget at $22,560-$33,840 (2256 meals * $10-$15 per meal). Considering the contractor will need to provide serving utensils, eating utensils, cups, plates, pans, and other equipment, the actual budget could be higher. Therefore, the estimated budget range is $25,000-$40,000.
