Heron Instrument - Heron Dipper T2 Water Level Meter

The City of Philadelphia is seeking bids for the purchase of Heron Dipper T2 Water Level Meters. The meters must be from Heron Instruments, series #1200, with a removable probe, and must be imperial, 30M. No substitutions are allowed. The bid will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. The City reserves the right to award the bid as a whole or by line item, whichever is in the best interest of the City. • The bid must include all items listed in the bid solicitation. • The bidder must submit a signed Consent and Authorization Agreement prior to bid closing. • The bidder must register through PHLContracts to submit a quote. • The City will not consider any quote submitted by a vendor who has failed to comply with the requirements.
