This Navy Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) solicitation seeks qualified contractors to provide repair services for a set of electronic and mechanical components, including accelerometers, sonar tow‑array assemblies, adapter assemblies, and receiving sets. The government will supply the items; contractors must quote unit repair prices (firm‑fixed or estimated), provide turnaround times, and meet strict quality‑assurance, inspection, and mercury‑free requirements. The contract includes a requested repair turnaround time of 375 days, with the option to order up to an additional 100 % of the quantity within 468 days after receipt (ARO). All work must comply with MIL‑STD‑129/130 marking, MIL‑STD‑2073 packaging, and government‑source inspection and acceptance. Contractors must be authorized distributors of the original manufacturer, possess the required security clearance, and submit a repair quote via email only. • Repair of 11 units of NSN 5845‑015367‑117, 2 units of NSN 4920‑015372‑678, 2 units of NSN 6610‑015375‑447, 4 units of NSN 5998‑016040‑221, and 2 units of NSN 5845‑016605‑711. • Required information in quote: CAGE code, unit repair price (FFP or estimate), Beyond‑Repair price, RTAT (days), monthly throughput constraint, new‑procurement cost (if known), obsolescence status, repair and packaging CAGE codes. • Government‑source inspection and acceptance mandatory; contractor must report receipt in the Commercial Asset Visibility (CAV) system within five business days. • Mercury‑free compliance mandatory for submarine/surface‑ship applications. • Option for 100 % quantity increase within 468 days ARO at the same price. • All quotations must be emailed to Rachel Kern; no other submission method is authorized.
