Trailers with Related Equipment and Services - SW

This solicitation seeks proposals from qualified vendors to provide a comprehensive solution for the purchase, lease, maintenance, repair, and associated services of a wide range of trailers and related equipment that participating public entities can use. The contract will be managed by Sourcewell and made available to its thousands of member agencies across the United States and Canada. • Supply of various trailer types (e.g., utility, dump, flat‑bed, refrigerated, specialized service trailers). • Provision of related equipment such as tie‑downs, lighting, ramps, winches, lift‑gates, and accessories. • Delivery of ongoing services including installation, preventive maintenance, repairs, parts, refurbishment, training, and support. • Contract terms and pricing to be used by any Sourcewell participating entity via a participating addendum, creating a broad multi‑agency market.
