The U.S. Air Force 7th Contracting Squadron is conducting market research for a Sources‑Sought/RFI to identify qualified commercial firms capable of providing turnkey, quarterly indoor small‑arms firing range cleaning, filter replacement, and hazardous waste disposal at Dyess Air Force Base, Texas. The effort will be a five‑year indefinite‑delivery contract (one‑year base period plus up to four one‑year options) with a requirement to perform four cleanings per year, replace air filters, manage lead‑contaminated debris, and comply with OSHA, EPA, and DOT regulations. The contractor must provide all personnel, equipment, PPE, certifications (HAZWOPER), and obtain necessary base access passes. Performance will be inspected by the 7th Security Forces Squadron Combat Arms Section, with a zero‑defect tolerance and rapid rework requirements.
• Quarterly cleaning of indoor small‑arms range (vacuuming, bullet trap, debris removal)
