Construction of the Route 7 and Route 690 Interchange, RFQ 672862

The County of Loudoun, Virginia is seeking a qualified General Contractor to construct the Route 7 and Route 690 Interchange Project. The project includes a grade-separated barbell interchange, new bridge, roundabouts, on and off ramps, widening of Route 7, and stormwater facilities. The scope of work includes surveying, construction layout, maintenance of traffic, earthwork, rock excavation, erosion and sediment control, and compliance with applicable permits. • The project involves a grade-separated barbell interchange at the existing Route 690 overpass. • The contractor will be responsible for all surveying, construction layout, and maintenance of traffic. • The project includes the construction of a new Route 690 bridge with two roundabouts on either side. • The contractor must comply with all applicable permits, including the Virginia Stormwater Management Program and Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan requirements.
