The project involves reviewing and coordinating controls scope, providing control panel and PLC integration, integrating VFDs and motor controls, and other tasks. The contract is expected to be awarded in December 2026, and the project duration is approximately 18 months. The city is looking for contractors with experience in similar facilities, including wastewater lift stations, wastewater wet wells, and well houses. • The project requires the contractor to have an "unlimited" Idaho public works contractor's license. • The contractor must have the ability to bond for amounts greater than $1,000,000. • The contractor must have completed I&C integration on a wastewater lift station, wastewater wet well, or well house project within the last five years. • The contractor must provide a brief description of their experience, including project names, dates, and costs. The city will evaluate the qualifications of the contractors based on their experience, licenses, and ability to bond. The city reserves the right to reject any and all responses, to waive any irregularities in the responses received, and to accept the responses deemed most advantageous to the best interests of the city.
