DHS SP w/SS Conditions Reentry 2030

The State of Illinois, Department of Human Services (DHS), is seeking a vendor to provide specialized strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, communications, and facilitation support for implementing Illinois commitments under Reentry 2030. The contract will be for a small purchase with sole source conditions. The vendor will be required to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, rules, ordinances, regulations, orders, and license and permit requirements. • The vendor will provide strategic planning and consulting services to support the implementation of Reentry 2030. • The vendor will be required to comply with the State of Illinois' Standard Terms and Conditions. • The contract may be subject to termination for convenience with 30 days' notice. • The vendor will be required to provide a certificate of insurance naming the State as an additional insured. • The vendor will be required to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to prevailing wage, minority contractor initiatives, and freedom of information.
