Commencement Operations

Salisbury University is seeking a qualified vendor (or consortium) to provide full audio‑visual, production, and technical services for its annual Commencement ceremony. The scope includes sound reinforcement, staging, live streaming, video production, real‑time captioning, technical labor, and related logistics for both an outdoor stadium and an indoor gym venue. The vendor must supply a 40 ft × 40 ft covered stage, LED video walls (8 ft × 14 ft), a custom four‑part banner, ground‑protection, power provisioning, cable management, and an isolated recording of the event, while coordinating rehearsals and ensuring contingency plans are in place. Experience with similarly sized university commencements and the ability to manage complex AV setups are critical. • Provide sound, staging, video capture, live‑streaming, captioning, and technical crew for the May 20, 2026 graduation ceremony. • Deliver and install LED walls, custom banner, and ground‑protection for both Seagull Stadium (outdoor) and Maggs Gym (indoor). • Supply power, rigging, cabling, and an ISO recording; manage video distribution to stadium scoreboard and additional locations. • Submit a detailed technical plan, staffing schedule, experience narrative, and pricing for a 1‑year contract with two optional one‑year renewals.
