Early Intervention Service Provider Enrollment

The Mississippi State Department of Health (MSDH) is seeking applications from eligible entities to provide early intervention services to infants and toddlers with disabilities. The selected provider will be responsible for delivering services such as comprehensive evaluations, assistive technology, audiology, family training and counseling, health services, medical services, nursing services, nutrition services, occupational therapy, physical therapy, psychological services, sign language and cued language services, social work services, special instruction, speech-language pathology services, and vision services. The provider must have a current license to practice in the State of Mississippi and meet the minimum requirements outlined in the RFA.
