Integrated Solid Waste Management

The US Air Force is seeking a contractor to provide integrated solid waste management services at Minot AFB. The contractor will be responsible for collecting and recycling solid waste, as well as providing pickup, transportation, and delivery to commercial landfills and recycling centers. The services will be provided to various areas within the base, including office buildings, industrial areas, food service, child development facilities, medical facilities, and recreation areas. • The contractor will be required to provide all necessary personnel, equipment, tools, materials, vehicles, supervision, and other items and services to perform the work. • The contractor will be responsible for providing containers for waste collection, with the exception of seasonal common use trash receptacles, which will be provided by the government. • The contractor will be required to provide a compactor, which will be self-contained and stationary. • The contract will have a base year and four one-year option periods, with a projected start date of 1 January 2026.
