Sterling Street Improvements

The City of Irving is seeking competitive sealed proposals from qualified contractors to execute a comprehensive streetscape improvement on Sterling Street, spanning from Freeport Parkway to West Royal Lane. The scope includes supplying and installing reinforced concrete sidewalks and street pavement, as well as installing new PVC water and wastewater pipelines, complete with all necessary appurtenances, labor, equipment, and incidentals. The contract requires approximately 982 sq yd of 4‑in. thick reinforced concrete sidewalk, 6,293 sq yd of 12‑in. thick reinforced concrete street pavement, 1,519 lf of 8‑in. PVC water pipe, and 1,086 lf of 10‑12‑in. PVC wastewater pipe.
