BAPS Columbia SC Mandir - Security Fencing and Gates Project

The City of Columbia’s BAPS Mandir is seeking a qualified contractor to furnish and install perimeter security fencing and automated gates, as part of the 2024 Nonprofit Security Grant Program. The scope includes supply of materials, site preparation, fence and gate installation, and related site‑work to meet approved design specifications. • Provide and install security‑grade fencing (material, posts, hardware) around the temple perimeter. • Install one or more automated gate systems with power and control wiring. • Perform necessary site‑work such as grading, trenching, and concrete footings. • Deliver all materials, labor, and supervision under a Design‑Bid‑Build contract. • Comply with grant requirements and local building codes; complete work by the contractually‑specified date.
