Maintenance Service for Automated Transfer Switches

The Portsmouth Naval Shipyard is seeking a contractor to provide annual preventive maintenance, as well as on-call and remedial maintenance services, for the automatic transfer switches (ATS) supporting emergency power systems. The contract will consist of a base year with four additional option years. The contractor must provide proof of current electrical license and demonstrated maintenance experience with Automatic Transfer Switches. • The contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database. • The contractor must provide FOB destination pricing. • The contractor must comply with all applicable clauses and provisions, including those related to security, inspections, and payments. • The contract will be awarded to the vendor with the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. • The contractor must provide documentation demonstrating their capabilities in fulfilling the Statement of Work.
