This RFP seeks to establish a multi‑category technology solutions contract for 1GPA cooperative members, primarily K‑12 schools and other public agencies in Arizona and nationwide. The contract will cover artificial intelligence products, hardware, software, audio/visual equipment, master clock systems, installation, maintenance, consulting, managed services, and equipment financing/lease options. Vendors may submit proposals for any single category or a combination of categories; the solicitation is not “all‑or‑nothing.” The award will create a framework agreement that members can use for individual purchases, with no guaranteed minimum sales.
