Community Center IT Room AC Replacement

The Town of Waterford is soliciting sealed bids to replace the existing ductless split air‑conditioning system that serves the IT/Data Room of the Community Center. The scope includes removal of the current indoor cassette fan‑coil unit, outdoor condensing unit, refrigerant piping, condensate pump, electrical connections, and wood sleeper supports; installation of a new ductless split system with all associated indoor and outdoor components, new refrigerant piping, condensate management, controls, electrical disconnects, power/communication wiring, and roof penetrations; roof‑penetration work performed by a licensed Sarnafil roofing contractor; testing, startup and full operation of the new system. An optional alternate bid covers removal/re‑installation of existing wood sleeper supports for built‑in refrigerator/freezer condensing units and related roof work.
