The U.S. Government, via the U.S. Air Force, is establishing a multiple‑award Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to provide rental and chauffeur services for a wide range of vehicle classes across major Australian cities and regional hubs. The BPA will be firm‑fixed‑price, with “Authorized Callers” submitting Call Orders against a pre‑negotiated price list. Offerors may submit rates for any combination of locations and vehicle classes, include airport‑origin rates, and must accommodate various regulatory requirements (registration, insurance, OPSEC branding removal, etc.). Subcontracting to Australian providers is permitted, but the U.S. prime remains the contractual point of contact. Quotes are due electronically by August 27, 2026.
• Scope: Rental & chauffeur services in Canberra, Sydney, Brisbane, Darwin, Alice Springs, Perth, Melbourne, Cairns (and associated airports).
• Vehicle classes: passenger cars, SUVs, pickups, small box‑trucks, vans, buses, etc., with optional accessories (towing, GPS deactivation, OPSEC branding removal).
• Pricing: Submit price list in AUD (and USD conversion) excluding GST; airport fees may be separate line items; cancellation/no‑show fees allowed.
• Flexibility: Offerors may price only the locations/vehicle classes they can support; rates can be updated for changes in airport fees.
• Contractual: BPA holder may be U.S.‑based but must use qualified Australian subcontractors; ABN/Australian entity not required for the prime.
• Submission: Email quote and required forms (PWS, Price List Template) by 03:00 PM AEST, 27 Aug 2026.
